Directions

We are located 1/2 block north of Lincoln Road at 1663 Washington Avenue. Enter Calvary Chapel under our prominent sign and take the elevator to our facility on the 2nd floor.

From North (Julia Tuttle Causeway) Take I-195 east and follow signs to Alton Road exit. Merge right and follow Alton Road south to 17th Street (Shell gas station). Turn Left and follow 17th Street to Washington Ave, turn right. Validated parking up to 3 hours available on Saturday night & Sunday mornings only at the Miami Beach municipal garage on 17th St. and Pennsylvania Ave. Click here for parking information.

From South (MacAurthur Causeway) Take I-395/41 east to Miami Beach follow ramp to Art Deco/5th Street. Follow 5th Street to Washington Ave., turn left. Follow to 1663 Washington Ave. (1/2 block north of Lincoln Road).
